Question about Frigidaire 24 in. PLD2850 Built-in Dishwasher
How do you knock out the plug in garbage disposal so water can drain out dishwasher? It feels like plug is still in garbage disposal.
Turn off the power source to the garbage disposal. Take the drain hose from the dishwasher off the connector going to the disposal (if connected). Insert a flat blade screwdriver in the drain hose fitting and tap a few times with a hammer. The plastic plug will pop off inside the garbage disposal. Reach inside from the top of the disposal to retrieve the plastic plug. Sometimes you have to use a little force to tap the plug out. Hope this helps you.
