Dear Sirs:
I have this scanner and Windows XP Pro, but when I try to scan something, the scanner does not reach the end of the bed, I mean, it only reaches until 280.
When I had it installed with Windows 98 SE it didn´t happen.
What can I do?

- Thank you, Ziau, but I think this is a software problem, because the pop up window is too small, and even I reach the lowest, the scanner doesn´t reach the end of the page.By the way... do you speak spanish?

cesarblases,
when u scan,there are pop up windows right?,which u select the dpm's etc..can u see the dotted lines out there?,adjust that t the lowest,and that means u select a full page to be scanned..chat me in if u want sum mor info..tnx
