The element error usually points to the drive, the best thing is to do is run the full diagnostics for the drive, and see what other hardware codes you receive, if it still points to 2b, then it is either the drive or the solenoid of the magazine failing. If you have a two magazine setup, just reverse the other magazine and test it that way.

Reverse lights not working

why? (no year, stated so must generalize)
1: bad fuse. check all fuses in both boxes
2: if A/T , bad PRNDL switch on transmission
2b: if M/T bad clutch switch.
3: lamps, get new one's the brass base type can short.
4: bad wiring,(conn;s too) mostly trailer hack jobs.

your heating element is probably bad. all u have to do is, make sure the oven is off, pull elem. away from it's holders on the top or bottom of the oven, then pull the elem. loose from it's sockets then, straight out of the oven. take to home depot, or lowe's, or an used appliance store. installation is reverseal.
