Question about NorStar T7316 Corded Phone
One of our boardroom telephones is programmed to display RED BRDRM when calling from that ext number. Recently we had the technician in there and I feel he may have changed the port where the telephone is connected as when we call the number we used to dial for that Board room we get NOT IN SERVICE message however calling out from Red Board Room is fine.
Is there a feature on the phone that I can type in a code and it will display for me the extension number of that phone?
Thanks for your time
To find out what the extension is in the board room,on the board room phone press feature *0 then press one of the intercom keys. You could also call another extension from the board room phone and see what extension number is on the display of the phone being called.
