Question about Keurig B50 Coffee Maker
Had unit approximately 9 months. Brewed fine this morning and it now kaput. Will not turn on. Tried numerous outlets.
SAME exact thing happened to me just this morning! No power whatsoever, like it wasn't even plugged in. I was so happy I registered it online when I got it. I called them today, told them what was happening. They made me move it to another outlet while on the phone, then plug a can-opener or something into same outlet, when that worked, put me on hold for about 30 seconds, and told me since I am within my year warranty, they are sending a new one! All I need to do is send the K-cup holder to them (but new machine already on the way). Give them a call! Get it replaced! Hope this helps
