Question about HP Officejet Pro L7580 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I selected option to cancel a print job. Status is 'deleting', pages 15/4. It's taking forever to cancel/delete (2 hours already!). How do I speed it up?
Delete the printer from within the control panel ...
Reinstall the driver ... Get the newest driver at www.hp.com/support.
Sounds outlandish ... right ???
Will take you 5 seconds to delete the existing ... about 10 minutes to find and download the new driver ... and 2 minutes to reboot ...
