Question about Computers & Internet
Try uninstalling your printer from both user accounts then make sure that when you reinstall your printer that you and your wife use the same port for the printer instead of having the printer switch from one port to another every time you or your wife uses the printer to avoid having the computer from detecting the printer in a different port each time it is used in a different account ^_^
