used too much detergent, how do you get rid of the excessive suds?
Solutions (1)
OK-- 1st turn machine on and advance the cycle to spin 2nd open the lid and pour a bucket of water into the bowl. 3rd-- shut lid and push the start button. keep repeating these steps until the suds have dissipated.the reason for the suds not draining is the pump will not pump out soap and you have to mix the suds with water for the pump to be effective.hope this helps please reply to let me know how you got on.
