Question about Sony Handycam DCR-SR40 Camcorder
I bought a 4gb Sony Memory Stick PRO Duo for my camcorder. This has been working perfectly until I decided I needed a little more space. I remember I had an 8gb card of the SAME EXACT TYPE in my PSP. I put that card in my camcorder but it won't work. Please Help! Thankyou.
I couldn't find any info on the net blogs I looked at, however, it's possible that the cpu doesn't recognize a larger than 4 gb card. Try your old 4 gb, if it works, that's probably what's going on unless you have a bad 8 gb card. Not all cards are upwards compatible due to engineering limitations.
