How to go to service mode

Hello Irene. I really am concerned that you want to go into service mode which I asume you intend to change values that have the potential to render your copier useless. The fact that you do not know how to enter service mode makes me concerned. But you asked for an answer not a sermon. Here we go. From the standard "Ready" screen press "ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS" (has an asterisk) then simaltaneously press the "2&8" then press "ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS"(again asterisk". At this point your should see a new screen. It will show copier,feeder, and whatever else is atached to the copier. I must assume you want copier so press it and have fun.
