Question about Zyxel Prestige 660M (P-660M-61) (91004397010)
Have changed my internet password and since then cannot access the internet have contacted my ISP for help but nothing seems to work, have used 1234 to connect but will not do anything, the Internet light is not showing on the modem.
Any help you can give would be much appreciated
Looks like there is a problem with the modem, you can either connect through bridge mode or replace the modem from your ISP.
If u are still not able to connect then u have to check the loop length from the CO. if it is a dedicated loop then there is a problem with the line........

If the default password does not work for accessing the modem's setup page you will have to manually reset the modem using a toothpick or paperclip on the reset button in the back of the modem. Hold the button down for about 10 seconds and the power light will flash.
However if the Internet light does not light up on the modem then the ISP needs to do something to fix the connection.
