The information is in the instructions, you need to adjust the suspension up so it is stiffer as your child gets heavier or when the pram is carrying a heavy load.

Is it possible to buy or adapt the rough terrain wheel for the bugaboo cameleon to swivel?

all bugaboo strollers came with swivel front wheels . There is a white sliding button on the front of the swivel assembly that locks the swivel action. The swivel castors are only on the front but can be assembled incorrectly on the rear of the stroller
go to google and type in base.bugaboo.com and there is a pdf manual for the strollers.including how to assemble and the wheels and castors.

Why not to buy the Bugaboo wheelie board for your Bugaboo

Because the Mutsy one is better, safer and cheaper. Mutsy make a wheelie board that comes with an rubber adapter for the all the Bugaboo's except the Bee. The Mutsy is made from metal vs Bugaboo's Plastic. The Mutsy has simply finger operated locks to take on and off vs having to virtually turn the Bugaboo upside down to get it off or on. The Mutsy has an adjustable length and a flat deck with no protrusions vs the Bugaboos fixed length and a massive protrusion in the deck. The Mutsy wheel is directly under the child putting less weight on the stroller vs the Bugaboo's wheel being behind the child putting half their weight on the stroller. And the clincher! It's half the price! Go try one out.

How to fix if bugaboo front wheel spring is broken?

Not worth the time trying to repair. Bugaboo sell the wheels as a spare part and there are lots of wheels secondhand on eBay.

Contact bugaboo but im sure they dont sell these replacemtn parts if your pram is under warranty they might send you out a free wheel. Otherwise just remove the one from other wheel to make it look more pleasing.

How can I fix the alignment of the wheels of a Bugaboo Cameleon stroller (it veers to the right)?

There are two answers to this problem:

1) The suspension on the front swivel wheels on the Cameleon are adjustable. As the child gets older (and heavier), his/her weight might effect the handling of the stroller. It is recommended that the suspension be adjusted. To do this, move the suspension adjustment forward, as it increases its strength.

2) There has been significant conversation about this problem with the Cameleon's veering if the chassis was purchased before 2007. If so, contact bugaboo via bugaboo.com. Bugaboo will ask you for your serial number, etc. to research whether it is something that is obviously defective.
