Question about Dynex Multimedia Keyboard
Well I bought this Dynex Keyboard like 2-3 months ago and now it doesn't work anymore. Like I have Dynex Mouse too, but the mouse works fine, but when I plug in the Keyboard, it makes the mouse stop working too. I don't know what to do i mean this used to happen like last week and to fix it I just restarted computer and then the keyboard started working. But now when i plug in the keyboard it makes my mouse stop working too. I have a Toshiba laptop and please help me fix this. I tried to update the drivers too but it didn't work. I really need the keyboard.
Sounds like you've got a bad keyboard.
You should contact Dynex direct for in-warranty replacement.
You can reach them here.

check to make sure the drivers in the device manager are working properly. Once its connected to the PC they sould at least be recognised by the PC. If they are and still nothing....shut down pc, remove all power supplies, push the power button on the PC then reconnect power supply and start up....should fix the problem......let me know

that you have good batteries installed, turn the Keyboard over and locate the
small reset/connect button on the back of the keyboard and press it. Then
try typing to see if it is working. If not try pressing the button on the
receiver and then on the keyboard. Try typing, should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud

First put new batterys in the mouse and key board. if you don't have a tester use a flashlight. pen light. push the remote pickup. light will blinknext push key board button and the mouse next. then try it and see if it works.
sometimes do the mouse first, Then the key board

SOURCE: wireless mouse not working
You can use them both at the same time.Make sure the batteries are good. There should be a sync button on the bottom of the mouse.you need to check the wireless receiver to see if there is a button on there as well.If there is you need to push the button on there first, then the mouse.
The easiest way to fix a sticking key is to remove it from the keyboard and clean it out. Then replace the key.
