Hi yes it should be, as this is counted as a main item on the laptop they should change it for you under the guarantee, BUT....this will depend on some things, which some places try to get you over a barrel on, how long have you had the system for, as they can use the get out clause, " this will be down to wear and tear for normal use" in other words, you have had it a while, and they may be within their rights not to change it under that reason of "fair use policy"...****'s i know, like i said it just depends on the place you bought it from, normally they will ask 100000001 questions on how you charge it, do you let it get to the last drop of power before you recharge it, do you use it with the charger in ( by the way that is a big no no if they ask that even if you have done so its still NO ok) do you charge it when it says 50% left ( some batteries have what is called a memory, if it gets to 50% and then you charge it, it will only remember from that 50% and then it will seem its only lasting 1/2 hour instead of an hour, so you charge it again, when it gets to 50% but its not 50% its actually lasting 25% and so on till it stops altogether so i hope that helps sort of hope you got the jist of it

Switronix Tl-50 won't turn on

I too have had a problem with mine no longer charging. I talked to the manufacture. Since the cord light is on however my torchlights charging light is not on they said could be the batt or could be a bad wire in the charger. I've been debating whether to send it in for fix or buy a new batt to try first. For yours I would send in for repair. Unfortunately these lights only come with a 1 yr manufacturing warranty so if you've had it over a yr you will end up paying 60-130 was the price range I was quoted depending on the problem.

Battery wont work without the charger plugged in

All batteries have a FINITE amount of time before they can no longer hold a charge, if your battery is older then a year it is no longer covered under warranty either. Have you noticed prior to this that the battery was holding less and less of a charge? ALSO batteries do over heat and stop receiving a charge, best way to tell is to keep the laptop plugged in. unplug the battery for a minute, then plug it back in and see on your task bar if it says charging or plugged in not charging. let me know! good luck to you as well!

I purchased a brand new P113 Ryobi charger about 2 years ago. It has never worked. If I put a P104 battery in for a charge, it looks like it works correctly. I push the battery tester on the battery...

If you have your receipt, check with Ryobi to see if it is still under warranty. It comes with either a 2 or 3 year warranty, depending on when it was purchased. If it is still covered, get it replaced/repaired. If it is not, buy the P117 charger. $30 at Home Depot. It has a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. If it charges your batteries properly, you're good. If not, bring it back if you don't like/want it. My P113 won't get out of test mode now, or charge Lithium batteries anymore. So I bought the P117 yesterday. Works great, and it's a lot cheaper than new batteries! And it has a 3 year warranty.

Lglp-ahmm sbpp0027708 sbl dc100725 battery in lgcx9200 cell only holds charge for about 10mins is there any way to force charge or reset the battery?

Under normal useage, the battery should hold a charge for at least an hour. Usually a lot longer depending on what your doing. However, the internet will kill a battery within mins! So keep your phone plugged in while your on the internet and even while doing other things until its fully charged. Shut your phone off when you go to bed and plug in the charger. Then unplug it when u wake up. If your battery still gives u severe problems, the battery cells may be totally dead or defective, in which case you will have to buy a new battery.

It sounds like your batteries are no longer able to hold a charge and are in need of replacement. With all rechargeable shavers, once the batteries are incapable of holding even a minimal charge, the shaver becomes unable to be used, sometimes even wih the power cord plugged into an outlet. My Braun shavers all worked for about a year after it would no longer operate on battery power alone, then the shavers all stopped working regardless of being plugged in directly to an outlet.

As you mentioned you are still under the warranty period, I would suggest you contact the company and request warranty service for your shaver.

if you weren't under warranty, I would advise getting the replacement batteries and doing a repair yourself.

Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

Won't charge fully

If your warranty has expired, you're best off buying a new drill. Replacing batteries will quickly add up to the cost of a new drill.

I know they cost a lot more, but, if you want something that will last a lot longer, look at a Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, Bosch, Hitachi for your replacement. Milwaukee actually guarantees their LiIon batteries will last 1,000 charges or longer.

Battery not charging

Your battery is dead and will no longer hold a charge. If it is a newer computer, then it may be defective and covered under your warranty. If it is an older computer, this is the unfortunate thing about rechargeable batteries...eventually they will no longer hold a charge.

Well.. I have to plug in the charger that came with the dv-179. If I use my Phone (motorola usb) charger, or a USB cable (into the computer or a hub), all it does is light up the back red light (and not the front 'self timer' led) and does not charge the camera. So remember, if the back led lights up, you've got the wrong charger!
