Problem in Hearing Sound Level & During Battery Charging

I have a Motorola V3i model, purchased in August 2006. Recently, there is a trouble with phone, like the incoming phone voice cannot be heart, as it is at a very faint level. I have checked in all the environments & signal strength. While my Samsung & Nokia low-cost phones work in excellent condition.

Secondly during Battery charging, it stops abruptly & does not get charged further. It shows the message, that Unable to charge.

O plz help me with motorola v3i charging

Run the phone till the battery dies, remove battery for at least 5 mins. Replace battery, charge overnight with phone turned off

its def a battery prblem..get it replaced..or if any of ur friends hav the same mob..u cud switch batteries and check it out..but def its the batteries

My Motorola V3i keeps turning off by itself especially on calls.

well unfortunatly its def a battery problem.ul hav to get it replaced..u cud check it out with another battery borrowed frm a friend who has the same mobile
