I need a driver compatible with windows7 ultimate

Try to search for updated drivers (device manager of Windows) directly from manager or in google. If the problem is due to drivers Device manager will show a red triangle with exclamation mark.

If you have recently upgraded to windows7,there is a probability that some of your peripheral devices will not work on this opreating system(OS).Several users are found that their webcam, which worked perfectly in older version of windows,is not recognized or does not work correctly under windows7-(they get error which says their webcam is not compatible with this os or experience message like"device cannot start"etc)

TROUBLESHOTING Step 1:Install webcam driver

This step needs to be followed if your webcam is listed in device manager and you can see a yellow
exclamation mark next to it.(see image below)





Note: The yellow exclamation mark usally signi files that there are no compatible installed for device


Driver are small soft ware programs that enable the os to recognize and control the devices attached your system.you can other use a tool like DRIVER FINDER to easly scan and download your missing webcam device drivers

Go to sony website
then download the camera driver of your model and install it in your labtop

• right click on driver setup and select Troubleshoot Compatibility
• windows 7 will detect issues and press Run Program with Recommended settings

Try to identify your audio hardware and go to their website to download compatible driver for your audio device. For example you have a Realtek Audio device, go to www.realtek.com/downloads and look for the drivers for your device.

Tip:
Most computer companies uses Realtek Audio Device that's why I set it as an example.. husssh... Enjoy!

If it worked fine in a previous OS - try running it in Compatibility Mode
Right click on the webcam desktop icon and select 'Properties' click 'Compatibility' tab and select CM and the OS from the dropdown box
Click Apply and OK

If your webcam image rotated, install the driver.
