Question about HTC PPC-6800 Smartphone
I have the HTC Plus. Actually this is my second one. They both had come up with the same problem. They hace develpoed what looks like watere of something under the glass touch screen. It starts on the edge and moves ever so slowly towards the middle. The first one cracked the glass. Verizon told me I damaged the phone and I had to get a replacement for a fee. I was then told if this happened again to carry the phone to a verizon store. Yesterday, following their instructions I went to our local store... "You have damaged your phone" was what I was told. "You will have to purchase a replacement" is what I was told 2nd. Am I the only one with this problem that has happened to me 2 times now? How did I "damage" the phone. It is not in the rain, not in a hot car, not in the outside, it is in my hand or holder most of the time. Other wise it is on the charges or my desk. Any Ideas? Wonder how to get the moisture out so I do not have to go get another phone??
It may be loose battery connection problem, try to put a folded paper support on other side of of the battery in battery case, it may solve your problem
