Question about Blanco 157-074R-ST Classic Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull-Out Spray Satin Nickel
I need to replace the cartridge on my Blanco kitchen faucet. I've removed the handle and a decorative ring. While I see the cartridge that needs replacing, there is a ring that looks like it needs to be removed before I can get to the cartirdge. It is a low rise ring. What kind of tool do I need to remove the ring? Also, once the ring is removed, will the cartridge easily lift up and out or is it held in place by some screw or clip?

You only need one small o-ring. If you put two of them it will not work properly and will mostlikely leak like crazy. If this helped please rate.

There is a price pfister little emblem under neath the handle. Use a but knife and pop that off. Once that is off there is a allen bolt in there. Tighten it up, put the emblem back and away you go

you can call or e-mail the company, if the faucet is the one in the picture it is a single cartdridge, turn of bith hot and cold water, take an allen wrench into the little plastic cover to remove the handle , unscrew the top cover or it might pop off, that there is either a large lock not or 3 screws holding down the cartdridge, take it out replace it put some faucet frease around all rubber gaskets then install it in the smae way it came out

I had the same problem with my Aberdeen single lever with a pull-out sprayer a few months back. If you are the original owner of the faucet, it's under warranty; you shouldn't have to pay for any parts. Call: 1-800-BUY-MOEN (1-800-289-6636) and tell Customer Service what the problem is. They will send you the Handle Mechanism Kit at no charge. (Mine was part #93980 for my Aberdeen faucet, but yours may be a different part number.) It's tricky to take apart and get back together but my husband and I have zero plumbing experience and got it all fixed in about 20 minutes. The Moen.com website also has exploded parts diagrams of all their faucets so you can identify exactly what part you need, and they have some little videos and slideshows to show how to replace parts. If you can't reach Customer Service on the phone, you can go to "Contact Us" on their website and email them a description of your problem.
