Same thing happened to mine. I stripped the drawer out and found that the small syphon tube which sucks the conditioner out of the drawer was blocked with a jelly like deposit. Stripped the syphon down and cleaned it all out and it now works fine again.

have stripped out drawer and cleaned out syphon tube thats ok its the water jets that don,t feed above the conditioner compartment that do not flush and i cant find the holes to see if they are blocked, if i wait till the final rinse then pour water in by hand the conditioner feeds in perfectly,is there anyone out there can tell me exactley where these holes are so that i can unblock them cos i cannot locate them
to woody 33595 many thanks for your info but i have done what you suggested and the syphon is now clear but it still does nt work its the jets that feed water into the conditioner box that wont flush and i cant find them, i have been informed where they are but there are none there to unblock thanks anyway
