PUK Code PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a unique eight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PIN number to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are then given 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is entered after the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and will require a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider. PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways - The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then - Please contact your phone service provider. Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once you give them your account details and they have confirmed your identity. For details to obtain the PUK code for the SIM card, please click on this link and follow my instructions. http://www.fixya.com/support/r5705889-puk_code
Hi i think you will find its your sim card that is blocked the puk code is on the sim your network provider can give you the code no one else can, your phone may work with another sim thats not blocked. regards.
PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. Mobile phones may become blocked when a PIN (personal identification number) is entered incorrectly on three consecutive occasions. In some instances, the phone may become blocked, which requires a PUK to unblock it, and in other instances, the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card itself becomes blocked and again will require a PUK to unblock it.Mobile phones are also blocked when they are reported stolen and if there is an outstanding payment on the account. It is important to differentiate between unblocking phones (using a PUK) and unlocking mobile phones (using another type of code). NOTE: It is a criminal offence for anyone to attempt to unblock a mobile phone, other than the network provider who put the block on the phone. If your phone has become blocked by mistake, for example you have entered the PIN incorrectly on three consecutive occasions, then you need to contact the mobile phone network operator with your details. To explain a little more, specific to your mobile phone network, You need to go to your Service providers, web site & navigate your way to the specific PUK details for your mobile phone network operator. Usually you have to Register your phone to get a PUK code.
PUK code can be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number. Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no. If you cant contact through your phone get some other phone and contact them. Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you. There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider cangive it nobody else in this world nor any software. Go to the below link and you can confirm that the above procedure works and there is a testimonial given by the customer too.http://www.fixya.com/support/t3582685-phome_lg_ke670_put_security_code_phone

Then, follow instructions and enter ur phone no.....They'll tell u ur PUK.... Enter ur PUK, The fone then asks u to enter ur new PIN no. ......n confirm it! If u wanna keep ur PIN code then it'll ask u for the new PIN dat u entered each time u switch on ur cell!! if u don wanna keep it, then go to Menu>Settings>n to whereva u disable ur PIN code....n try not to 4get ur PIN code..... If u can't remember it ....then keep it as four zeroes ( 0000 ).....this is usually the initial PIN no. when u get a new phone!
