Call your cell phone carriers customer service and they may email you the unlock code and instruction for free within 24-48 hours. Tmobile did this for me several times on different phones. Alot of cell phone stores and kiosks will also unlock any cell phone for you for about $30.00. You may have to leave the phone with them and pick it up later like an hour or two later if they are busy.

SINCE THIS SONY ERICSSON XPERIA X10 HAVE SIM CARD,IS IT POSSIBLE THAT CAN BE USE OVERSEAS LIKE THE PHILIPPINES AND I JUST REPLACE OF A SIMPARD OF OUR CELLPHONE NETWORK HERE I THE PHILIPPINES.OTHER QUESTION...

Yes, your phone will work in the Philippines. The Xperia X10 is a quad-band phone, meaning it supports GSM 850/900/1800/1900 frequency bands.
For 3G broadband (call/data) use, the phone supports HSDPA 900/1700/2100 bands (the US version is slightly different with 850/1900/2100/800). This again means you'll be able to make calls in most countries in the world, including the Philippines, as well as stream data on a broadband mobile network (internet, data calls etc).
"Unlocked" simply means that you as a consumer are able to choose the network provider in your country (comparing rates and offers), as opposed to, let's say the U.S., where majority of phones are bought through the mobile provider and locked to their specific network (so a Nokia phone bought for AT&T would not work on Verizon's or Sprint's network).
When shopping for a phone, you end up paying more out-of-pocket at purchase time for an unlocked one, as the phone is not subsidized by the network provider. On the other hand you may be able to save in the long run since you are not tied to a long term contract with a mobile provider.

Your cell phone may be locked to a particular cell phoneprovider and in this case it needs to be unlocked to use with a different cellphone service provider. Unlocking my n95

I would suggest confirming whether the phone is SIM locked. If it is, it will be locked to a particular network operator (Globe Telecom) and the phone therefore would not accept any other SIM card.
In this case, you would need to refer to Globe Telecom to unlock your phone. Other parties do not have the authority to unlock you phone.

Please revert to me if you were refering to a different type of lock system.....

Softbank 911T

Even if the phone is unlocked it might not work on the Philippines network. The Japanese Softbank 911T is manufactured by Toshiba and uses 3G WCDMA 2100MHz. China uses 3G TD-SCDMA. China Unicom is going WCDMA as well soon. Enquire at your service provider, if it can be made to work, they will do it. I don't really know about the Philippines. Great phone though.
