Hansol H950 19

Hi :)

I have a problem, i purchased the Hansol H950 19" LCD Monitor and it doesnt work. the screen go's black and if i press the source button it flashes on and off and sometimes i can see my desktop. It does this on other computers i plug it into aswell.. how can i fix this?

If you can help me that would be amazing :)
