i am a technician. some one gave me to repair that monitor. the problem is near the chopper transformer having a "tik, tik" sound continuously.
Solutions (1)
disconnect the flyback transformer B+ POINT. if the tick sound goes the problem may be in the flyback transformer. replace the transformer.
