No. Fuel is a constant. The air is what changes. Carburettor jetting (carby's in general) are a compromise between too little and too much fuel from idle to full revs. when cruising or under load, or when engine is still cold or hotter than optimum. The size of jetting and sparkplug type are your options if top end timing and clearances are fully serviecd. Your manual or dealer is the best avenue for this. Check condition of sparkplugs and their gaps and service air filter(s).
