Thank you so much for your help, its been very helpfull, like i say i clean with alcohol the chip and worked fine for a while, but the image went off again. Would this problem be related to with the flyback?
The picture comes on and off, and the image colapse to red whit diagonal white stripes, im think it could be a voltage problem, maybe a flyback problem, would you think this could be?, remember the sound its on at all times.

A red screen with thin white lines are retrace lines which is often a sign of CRT failure. Try unplugging the red crt PCboard and making certain its not touching anything then power on your et if it doesnt shut down you will know the trouble is in the red CRT and will need to be replaced.

Usually when the crt leaks onto the chassis it can be cleaned and the affected components only have to be replaced I am not sure what "chip" you are refering too, but most ICs can be purchased as a replacement part. usually the entire board wont need replacing unless the traces are destroyed or replacement parts are unavailable.
im sure that the rodent contamination is the root cause of your problem. but the blueish stain does it look like a smear? if you that is most likely a phosphur burn in the face if the CRT. it cannot be fixed without replacing the CRT. i suggest living with it or putting tv on the side of the curb.
Laundry soap dyes are usually more difficult to remove than other colors.² However, oxygen bleach, such as Oxi-Clean, can sometimes clean away even the red stains. Sprinkle the powder on a damp sponge and scrub away the stain.
Soak a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and wipe away the detergent stain. If the stain is not immediately lifted, allow the alcohol to soak for several minutes.
Vinegar is effective on many kinds of stains. Make a solution of one part vinegar in two parts water and sponge the vinegar onto the stain.
Baking soda can be effective for removing detergents from appliance surfaces. Sprinkle baking soda on a damp sponge and clean the stain until removed.
Combine equal parts of 3% hydrogen peroxide with water and sponge the stain with the solution.
Soak a cloth with acetone nail polish remover and use it to wipe off the stain. If the stain does not wipe off right away, it may help to lay the cloth over the stain to soak for a few minutes.
As a last resort, wipe paint thinner on the stain. Paint thinner can remove most dye stains. However, you may want to test this on a small, hidden area first to be sure the paint thinner won't damage the lacquer on the appliance or cause any other adverse effects.
Once you have removed the stain, wash the area with soapy water to remove any residue from the cleaning solution.
Go to your local Pet Store! They have a remover called "Simple Solution." I have used it a lot!! It works for about every stain there is!! It's about $8 for a 32 oz. bottle. Worth every penny! I use it on my carpet...just pour some on like you were pouring a glass of water on it...let it set for a little bit..viola! Hope it works! It does for me!!
