Open Windows Media Player.
Connect your mp3 player to computer.
Click on the Library tab, and look for your mp3 player's name on the left hand side of the library tab toward the bottom of the list. This will list all folders on your device.
Left-click a file once - hit delete on your computer's keyboard.
Done.

I gave you a valid way to delete songs, and you have the nerve to rate me as "inapporpriate". As I have told others before, the "inappropriate" rating is designed for people who write "f--- you" or some childish gibberish. i at least offered a solution, that has been known to work with this player. you should have at least given me a "thanks for trying" sheeseh! you are ungrateful, and I hope your Mp3 player dies.

Hi, I would be very thankful if you help me. I have a brand new Mp3 Memorex 8590 and have added around 50 songs and it shows when playing one song on the display 1 of 1, and once the song is over, the...

It seems your new mp3 player memory is already full, you need to delete other files or songs before you added another. If it is not yet full, try to delete and reinstall other songs. Be sure the file songs you added has no error on it.
That the only things you will do, the mp3 player operate normally and trouble come as you add new songs, don't overload it, as it's built in memory will fail.
Thanks for asking.

this unit doesnt recognize ITUNE files, because ITUNES are MP4, you have to convert the audio files to MP3 first. Once they are converted, you can add to your Coby unit, here is a guide on how to convert in ITUNES:
