Question about Toshiba Gigabeat MEG-F20S MP3 Player
I have a Gigabeat F20 and have now purchased a new Toshiba laptop with Vista. However, my gigabeat is not compatable with Vista. Updated the firmware to a newer version. Hate it. Sound quality has now changed. How do it get it back to the original firmware and how can I get the Vista to recognise my F2? Went out and bought a IPOD. Sound quality is horrible compared to my Gigabeat. Can anyone help me solve the problem to get back to the original firmware and be able to use Vista with it. Sure hate to use that awful IPOD!
Hi i had the same problem and updated gigabeat room to version 3 , not the actual gigabeat just its pc software , and it seems to work ok most of the time but only if i load gigabeat watcher after plugging in my player . hope this helps ,i emailed toshiba uk but they told me that they have no intention of updating the players firmware ,
