Well its posted for a 6300 nokia , right, i think the keypad ic must have faulted , only if u have dropped the phone or exposure to liquids, take it to some nearby local nokia service centre or near by phone shop and get it repaired for the keypad ic problem.

one unique troubleshooting , if it works see if u can get it solved by removing the memory card, sometimes faulty memory card does produce such problems

also it could be due to uneven powersupply from battery try with a genuine battery or a good battery.

if all of the above doesnt work then only alternative is to get the keypad ic changed.

Why i cant open yaho messenger?

Hey there, Often times when a program isn't working it helps to remove it from your computer and downloading/installing it again. Chances are very high that your yahoo will work again after doing this

My phone keeps saying memory full.. cannot receive any messages or send messages from my cellphone..please assist me..

Hi there, In order to start sending and receiving messages again you're going to need to clear up some memory. To do this, you're going to need to go through your messages first. Clear out all your sent and received text messages. There should be a delete all option, but if there isn't, you may have to do it one by one. Once you've cleared out messages, you may want to look into deleting a lot of pictures as well. Pictures use up memory very quickly. Good luck, Alex

Message sent alert

Hi,
To remove the sent message alert you have to change your keypad tones to mute. Go to the volume in the keypad tones in the phone profile and change it to mute. Only problem is you can't have keypad tones but they get on my nerves anyway! To stop the tone when you finish a call, go to call settings, all calls, call status tones and take off call end tone.
