My HP725 camera said the battery was low and I charged it but it seemed to run out fairly quickly and then I charged again, and now it's dead. Wont turn on to take pics. Is it the battery charger or the...

It sounds like the battery is end of its life. If you plug the power adapter into the camera, does it power on? If it does then it's the battery. (some cameras might requre you to have the battery in there..so put the battery in, but also plug in the power adapter and see if it powers on)

When I take pics indoors with flash-the pics are dark. NO PROBLEM outdoors in sunlight. Batteries are fresh, no otherproblems with camera

Turn on your Flash light (push lightening with arrow symbol) when capturing indoors, this should solve the problem.

If this useful, RATE please !

My nikon d3000 is great. but now when i view my pics there is a flashing in certain areas of the pic. also my flash won't flash. is there something i can do to fix it

This flashing is often an indication that those areas are 'over exposed'. This could be because you have manual settings such as 'EV +1'etc., or 'spot metering' when you took the picture centred on a dark part of the scene. You could check this by setting the camera to automatic to see if it solves the problem. If it does, have a good look through the menus and user guide to see what the various manual settings are.

The flash settings include one where the flash is off, and there is usually a button to toggle between the automatic/off/forced flash/red eye suppression etc.

have been having the same problem. Just pulled the lead out straight and stretched it and now it is charging red light on constantly. May have been a kink in the lead?

Pictur

I have had a similar problem. Pictureres look like they are taken through a Venetial blind with white horizontal bands though I did get one with dark banding. It appears to have something to do with light levels. I took a few pics in a dark area with no flash and now it is working again...until it quits working again. Perhaps it is something to do with light level calibration? Whatever it is the problem is internal. If you are still under warranty, I highly recommend taking your camera in for repairs/replacement. Ours started acting up just after the warranty expired so no love for us.
