Most likely the master switch (driver's switch that controls all windows). Typically, all window motors ground back through this switch. Can't be repaired, only replaced.

95 GT mustang wont start

You ran the car out gas and there's air in the system.. Not the Throttle Body.. Expel the air from the system.. 1. Raise/Support your hood.. 2. Turn your key to the ign position, (listen for the fuel pump to come on).. 3. Go to the fuel rail(s) and press the Schrader Valve, (looks like a tire air valve), until only fuel comes out.. (use safety gear, especially for eyes) 4. Rinse/Collect excess fuel before cranking (careful around electrical connections)

I sounds like you have an electrical problem with the dashboard. It will have to be pulled and checked.

I had the same problem with the gas tank on my 95 mustang. You are going to have to drop the tank. There is a rubber seal where the filler neck goes into the gas tank that has failed and must be replaced. You are losing even more gas than you think. Everytime you make a left turn gas is sloshing out through that bad seal.

Got a 2003 GT convertible, intermittent wipers

The turn signal switch and wiper switch are one unit called a Combo switch. The good news is it is easily changed. After opening the column covers it is held to the side of the column with two torque head screws. You don't have to remove the steering wheel.

There is a fuse No.20 (15amp) in the under dash fuse panel and a 25amp circuit breaker in the under hood fuse panel that controls the top.

95 Accord, Intermittant Gauges

This sounds like a bad ground but first check the fuse for the instruments located in the fuse box. If that is OK, somone will have to find the ground wire for the instruments and see if it has any voltage with the key on. If it does, the gound connection is bad

Convertable top will go down but will not come back up.

I had the same problem with my 95 GT. You may have a leak in your system (motor, lines, cylinders). It seems there just isnt enough fluid to push the top up. I think Ford used the same system for 01 also. I had to replace the hydraulic cylinder that pushes the top up. My fluid leaked out because one of the cylinders was bad. This may be the problem. Located the motor and look for leaks.
