Vizio fixed

thanks bobbyj!! replaced the board and everything is back to normal.
I checked visually all components & with ohmmeter checked all diodes on the board and found nothing wrong, so I'm assuming as you said, that one of the IC"S under the heat sinks is fried, surely because of over heat. So I added a small power supply fan on top in between both heat sinks and wired it to the stock fans, to help in the cooling, will add one to the ysus in the future. Lets see if this solves the 18 month brake down hump on these units.
