Hi sledgehammur, you're asking if the SiS 651 controller will allow you to run both the on-board integrated AGP4x & the Geforce AGP DDR2 card to function as one. I don't think your SiS controller will allow it to. You'll have to enter bios & change the on-board graphics not to load frist. (Keep in mind the on-board is also an AGP), but the memory is not the same & neither is your system memory which the on-board AGP use's.
You're manual for the board would give you more insite on that issue. My thoughts are you will need to change bios to run from AGP slot on your board & not use the integrated AGP. The good part is your AGP slot will not use you're system memory to run. You're Geforce's memory is faster.
Here is a link to the SiS 651. http://www.sis.com/products/sis651.htm

Enjoy!
If I can be of more service, just ask.

sledgehammur, how to enter the motherboard's bios?

There is a range of options to get into a Desktop system's bios, which is slightly different than a stand alone board. For a stand alone board the user would press the delete/pause key every two seconds during boot up. (the bios should open). For a Desktop PC the user would press the F2 key during boot up to enter the bios. Desktops PC's vary on the F-key used. Some use the F10 key & others use the F12 key. You did not mention the name of you're system or model no# of your board. So you'll have to try the above keys untill you get the bios menu opened. If you have never been in a bios before it is suggested to also have the manual. It only take's one boo-boo & you will loose video display or worse.

    Good Luck! sledgehammur.

    Sounds like two fixs.

Look in the BIOS, under the video ram settings. What is the largest RAM it can handle? 128? 256? 512? This will give you an indication as the size of video RAM that you can have on your card.

Hope this helps.
