Question about E-Machines T3265 PC Desktop
I think the problem is with DRAM(memory) it is either not properly mounted or it is not working already. If it is not working already the best that you can do is replace it with new one. If you do have more than one DRAM you should check which one need replacement, you can do that by plugging the new one together with the existing one. You can identify which one isn't working anymore because the older that is combined with the new one will not boot the PC and the good older one when combined with the new one will boot up the PC.

If you know how to dis-assemble the parts of your PC, then try to clean connectors, display card, memory. The CPU mounting... be careful to remove the cooling fan then move the cpu retainer arm back and forth that is to regain better contacts of cpu leads. if you have an spare keyboqrd, try replacing it, if you have sa defective keyboard controller then you will have failure to boot sometimes. after cleaning the PC pheriperals, put it back and reset your BIOS/Cmos and configure as you neede, basic fail safe setup.
