I just bought my new Galaxy and have been pleased with it so far. However, I am having to change the color of my appliances and need to have the unit painted black to match. I was wondering if there was a ice/water face area face avaible in black and the handles to dispense ice and water? These are the only parts that will not take paint. Please advise.

Hollow cubes usually caused by lack of enough water during fill. My guess is green is mold buildup. Check house water supply to refrigerator. Sometimes the little shut off valves for the refrigerator block up and need cleaned or replaced. Once you get proper size cubes, if taste/ color problem persists they sell small in line filters you can add in the water line to the refrigerator.(about $25.)
you should check out www.applianceart.com, they have vinyl and magnetic solutions that can cover your appliance in a new color or pattern. They even have a stainless steel option for refrigerators too.
You can buy appliance paint in a spray can. I did the spray can on an appliance once. Just do slow even coats very thin coats so you do not put to much on at one time. Or the manufacture may have a trim kit and you can put a panel on the front with a trim kit to hold it!
Or if it is new return it to the store all big stores do returns now a days!
let me know how it goes

Dont let that scratch get ya down. It is really easy to get that scratch fixed. You will first need to buy you some appliance touchup paint. You can get a small bottle about the size of a nail polish. It even has a little brush inside like nail polish. If you get the correct color just brush a little into the scratch and viola, all better. If you have a stainless steel refrigerator that scratch is going to be a part of your life as long as you own the refrigerator. Good luck to ya and remember when you are buying your touchup you may need to order for the brand and color not just the color. Whirlpool bisque may be different than frigidaire bisque. Also you may want to practice your painting technique on a hidden spot before you jump in. Keep a clean cloth on hand also incase you have a run, just wipe it off and start again. See ya...
