This error message prompts when paper or obstruction holds a
sensor switch or toggle open in the paper path. Paper can jam a sensor and make
it think there is a jam when there isn't one.
Action:
It's possible the fuser has been changed out and the
incorrect replacement has been installed. You will want to confirm the part
numbers if so.
If the DC Controller has been changed you will want to
confirm connections.
