Sansa m250 Playlist help needed

I have a Sansa m250 MP3 player. I cannot figure out how to create playlists. I know it must be possible since there is a playlist playback option. I have no idea how to get my playlists loaded, though. I use Windows Media Player to manage my music. I've emailed Sansa directly, but never heard anything back (this was about 2 months ago). Any help would be great!
