try to scan your mobile for any viruses nd spyware.. and if no such problem come out then do a hard reset to phone it will remove all bugs and error if it exists...

You have to check that bulbs are as specified , as even if its working but out of specs would cause that problem. Second thing is to check the electrical module in the front and relays to make sure all is working well.
