General Error shows up with this message:Delete all print jobs and turn the printer off. Remove any foreign objects from inside the printer. After a few minutes, turn the printer back on. We have tried doing that but it won't go away!

Having the same problem. No jam up but the message that foreign material is in printer keeps appearing. Can't print a thing.

turn printer off, deleted all print jobs. Printer acts like it will print and cuts off.
Printer acts like it is jammed but no paper inside.

It appears as though the printer hardware itself is malfunctioning and will require service.
