my HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GWA-4082N has a problem i cant up date the drivers in my computer it is missing so if in incert a cd it cant be found my HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GWA-4082N has a yellow exclamation an status Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

hello ive got a acer aspire 1640 laptop,ive had no problems before but the dvd drive will not play dvds,it still plays music cd,pc games etc,when you put a dvd in the drive it will not acknowledge the dvd or play it ,please advise many thanks david marshall
