-   i have installed lg pc suite, then i connect the phone to the pc with the usb data cable but when i click to sync them there is an error. i can´t download the photos and videos of my viewty too

I have just bought the ku990 and cannot install a usb driver for it.
I have tried all the sites suggested above but then they all say i need to sign up in order for them to install and this is quite costly !Any ideas anyone please...???

I have a copy of the cd on my hard drive mail me rwf@epost.no and I can share/send a RAR packet file of the cd (KU990)

Take the CD and put it in another computer that can read it and copy the contents to a USB stick, then u can take it and install it into your PC.. thats what i did.... OR you can download it from http://uk.lgmobile.com/web/web.mypage.RetrieveMyPhoneList.laf

- If You want to be able to see the contents of your LG Viewty on your PC, you don't have to install the software. Here's a very simple solution to that::::
On your Viewy go to
1.Phone Settings,
2.select Connectivity,
3.select USB connection Mode
4.set it to Mass storage, (select)
5.go back to main screen, and connect your USB to the PC
6.Your Viwety should go immediately to USB mode
7. On your PC, Go to Computer, and look for the removable driver that corresponds to the new connection (your viewty), click on the driver icon and you should be able to see your phone's content if u have a flash memory inserted on your phone

the Mini CD provided by the LG can be fit into any CD ROM or DVD in the PC or Laptop. Open the CD tray and You will See Round Circular tray inside the ROM . Placed this Mini CD into it and close the tray..

the disc I recived with the phone is a mini disc.. my computer only takes CD disc. CAn I download the software fomr somewhere else?

i installed my lg suite cd and verything worked fine the thing that goes wrong is wen i put my usb into my phone and comp then i have to connect it but it always says connection failed

One solution is to use Bluetooth if your PC has this.

If your PC/Notebook has this switched on go to your phone and select the picture/sound/video you want to send to PC. When you hit send you have option message/email/Bluetooth. Once you select Bluetooth hit refresh to search for available Bluetooth devices. Select intended device and send. Note you will have to accept this file on receiving device for transfer to begin.

I will look through net see if client suite is there somewhere to DL.

There's no way... I tried all your solutions... the website link doesn't work, there's no autoplay when I put the cd... Any other solution? Thanks (and sorry, I'm really annoyed too)

Hey guys, i had a redundancy error when i tried to start my cd. I got really annoyed with it. So i looked through every way and found one. When you put the cd in the autoplay will come up, click on "Open folders to view files." Then press LPG suite and press setup. It should work.

yeah so i have the same problem i have a nice 5Mpix camera phone but can't see the pics on the computer coz i haven't got the software. i've read about a small disc which doesn't fit in people's CD rom drives. i didn't get one of these i was told by the orange shop that the software is on the phone already. come on LG u bring out a phone that can compete with the iphone but not on the software. last time i get an LG i'm going to sony in a couple of months sell this on ebay. oh and LG just post the software on your web site so we can get it from there.

Hi Yes i have an apple ibook g4 with a slide entry for Cd-Roms etc the laptop just spits the disc out and then i need a pair of tweezers to get it out of the machine. are there drivers on line somewhere that one can install i have looked but cannot find one thanks ~martin
