I need to find the codes for the sony dvd player on the urc-3021B00 remote

Try the codes: 0533 1533 0864 1033 for a Sony DVD player.

The code list for the URC-3021 is available from One For All here: http://www.oneforall-na.com/remote.php?type=URC%203021 . The manual and the code list is available here: http://www.oneforall.com/uploads/support/00a1e876ce84e35c2c0351a407218d66.pdf .

Please note that the codes available in a universal remote are limited to those for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. If your DVD player is newer than your remote, you may need a new remote. The first URC-3021 was released in 2004.

I hope this helps.

Need code for rca dvd on a urc3220 oneforall remote

Try the codes 0522 0571 0717 for an RCA DVD player.

The code list for the URC3220 is available here: http://voxxsupport.com/images/User%20Manuals%20-%20FAQ%27s/URC3220codes.pdf .

Please note that if your remote is older than your dvd player you may need a new remote. The codes are usually limited to those for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed.

I hope this helps.

Is it multiregional

Sony are probably the most protective manufacturer of this kind of information. All manufacturers carrying a DVD logo are obliged to say "no" but will normally intentionally leak this to boost sales, particularly in non-US areas.
