Trouble finding part LSUQ0100 JIG

I'm having trouble finding this part LSUQ0100. I found it at only one store on-line and it is back ordered. Any suggestions on where I can find it?

Thanks!

Hello,

This item is normally only on backorder for 5 days. However, not many store are able to stock this part as it needs an authorization number to order this. You can only obtain an authorization number from Panasonic Tech Support.

Tension onmy jig saw is tightened to the max, but it still won't cut a straight line.

I do not know which jig saw you have, but here are two generic answers.
1) Be sure the guide wheel that is behind the blade is nearly touching the rear of the blade.
If it is loose, the blade is more free to turn one way or another whilst cutting.
That wheel is round and has a groove or slot in it for the back of the blade to ride in.
2) Be sure the blade is sharp and has the right amount of teeth for the job.
A dull blade, or one made for another kind of material can give you trouble.
God bless your efforts.

Look in your can of used screws if you have some and get one and keep trying the thread is the same as the one in the saw. It took some looking but I found one that works.

I have an old Dremel scroll saw model 550 and need blades. However, the blade holder is missing a clamp that secures the blade. Is there a universal kit I can purchase to solve problem?

Try going to a store that sells scroll saws and look at the new models to see how they hold the blade. Take your Dremel with you. Maybe you can find one that is similar enough that could work if you can get the part. Then go to the tool company's web site and search for the manual for the comparable tool you found - they all have on-line manuals nowadays. You should be able to order the part you need. Good luck!

Where can I purchase an owner's manual for a Craftsman dovetail jig Model # 315-25710 A2044? Virgil

You might check this out, I found it in another forum. It looks like Ryobi made this dovetail jig for Sears.
1-800-525-2579 is their customer service line. I would ask for Ryobi Tech Services.

The EEPROM jig is available ONLY through Panasonic's Technical Service line. A few places offer it for sale, but you still need an authorization directly from the Panasonic's engineers to get one.

The guys will ask for your company name and Panasonic account number. If you are not Panasonic Factory Service center, they cannot even talk to you. (not their fault, it's company policy)

If you are out of warranty, call Panasonic and see if they will give you a one-time concession for repair. Usually the company is pretty good about it...

Good luck, Mark
