Re: trouble finding part LSUQ0100 JIG
This item is normally only on backorder for 5 days. However, not many store are able to stock this part as it needs an authorization number to order this. You can only obtain an authorization number from Panasonic Tech Support.

check to make sure that your tv is not starting in "line in" mode and to be starting in the tv mode. if the screen flashes then goes out then you have a back light problem and it needs to be serviced! possible bad power inverter for the back lights
I didn't see anywhere to order a replacement remote, but you should be able to visit your local drug store and buy a Universal Remote, simply enter the codes for your TV (they're easily found on Google, just search "TruTech PVS31170S1W remote codes").
IHi Dicrewsmith, I am having the same problems with my flat screen Tv, it comes and goes too, though is seems to have made it's self at home as of late.
I can't help you , but was hoping that you may have found a solution to yours, as I am having trouble finding stuff here.

you must run "auto program search"/"auto store" again and let the TV find the programs. then put them in order and store. If you feel some channels are missing, try to find them manually. The auto store function sometimes skips programmes with less tolerant range, even if they are watchable in a fairly good quality. And search slowly and pay attention and go back if you feel you just skipped something. Good luck and lots of patience! A new aerial sometimes might mean loss of some channels.
its the lower buffer card.. (y buffer lower board) they cost about $90.. i changed mine myself on my samsung hpr-4262 42 inch plasma.. pretty easy,, took approz 20 minutes.. the card has 3 ribbon cables and 3 other connectors and 1 screw.. removing all the screws out of the back pannel took the most time.. i found the repair manual for my tv on line for $13 (download PDF file) the manual had a trouble shooting section and what board to replace for each problem.. got the manual from here http://store.payloadz.com/ ordered the replacement board from www.partstore.com
Hi: We had this problem under warranty, and tech installed the following to solve it: Parts BN96-02033A, BN96-02034A and BN96-02216A. This solved the problem for 2 years. I now have the upper half going black now and then for 2 to 3 seconds. I am ordering these parts from www.partstore.com and will just plug them in. Better than a new tv.
This is a known problem. Panasonic sells a jig to correct it. I had the same problem and bought the jig for $60. It plugs into a special port in the back of the tv behind a little door. You can read all about it here:
if you want, contact me by replying and I can mail you the jig temporarily for $10 plus S&H. You'll save money and it worked for me, i just need it back.
