Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Not work the sd card

Is it just the ONE SD card? Or NO SD cards work? If no cards work, then the card reader is malfunctioning. Check with the Laptop manufacturer to find the download files for the MEMORY CARD READER, download them, and then install them according to the directions when you open the downloaded files.

Did not find the networks avilable if we searching with wifi

A couple of things to try, install the latest wireless card driver in the computer/laptop.
Check the wireless card configuration in the computer/laptop, it needs the router's wireless settings eg. SSID and encryption etc.

My Laptop

If you are talking about a memory card? The laptop does not have a card reader built in so you would either have to buy an external card reader or have a card reader built into a home printer. Place the card in the card reader and plug the reader into the laptop's usb port or make sure your printer is connected and the reader active, you can tell this in "My Computer", you will see the reader appear as a device. Now, find the files you want to copy and copy them, now right click on the card device and click paste, the computer will copy them to the card.

Upgrade to usb 2.0

Unfortunately getting usb 2.0 is not a driver problem, it is the hardware in your computer. Windows has all the nessary USB Drivers to support your card wether it be 1.0 or 2.0, but your laptops hardware is ver 1.0.

If you need a 2.0 usb port you cna buy a pcmcia usb 2.0 card and plug it into the side of your computer, but thats the best you can do.

Lan driver

A simple Google search resulted in this page (amongst others):

http://www.driverfiles.net/Notebooks/Toshiba/Satellite-1715XCDS/download/page,sh,30795,221,19,.html

Otherwise find out what LAN card you have installed and search the Internet using Google and this string:

(Brand name) (model number) +driver

and you should find the driver that you are looking for.

To identify your LAN card:

RIGHT click on My Computer and select Device Manager. Your Lan card should be listed there.

Good Luck.
