There are several issues regarding connection between Tomtom nad your handset . Try first changing the port number in settings (check this forum for details).
There is also a well known issue with your PDA's old firmware version and tomtom connection, if you have not done it yet you should upgrade your firmware.
Here is the user manual

Can u please tell where to find blue tooth on nokia c3110

To use the Bluetooth function on your handset, you will need to select Menu>Settings>Connectivity>Bluetooth. Then you will need to activate the feature. To do this, select ON to activate it. Then you will need to make your handset visible, to do this you will select visibility, or my phone's visibility, to the ON position. This will enable other Bluetooth users to connect with your handset for sharing. Note: You will have to accept when someone is trying to connect to your handset via Bluetooth if you wish to accept. To pair with a device, you will simply select search for device, and it will pick up any Bluetooth devices in the area. Please note that your device is Bluetooth A2DP capable, which means that you can use any Bluetooth technology equipnent that is A2DP and below, it is backward compatible. You will not be able to pair if the Bluetooth technology is greater than A2DP. You also have the ability to name your handset, to do this simply select My phone's name, and choose the name that you desire the handset to have. This will make it easier for someone to pair with you if you choose to share files.

How do I connect my bluetooth device to cell phone ? I have two different one's and neither would connect. 1. Samsung 2. Jamba devices

Hi,
To pair with another Bluetooth device follow the steps below:
Place the Bluetooth device in discoverable mode
From the Home menu screen , touch the Main menu tab, located at the bottom
Touch Settings
Touch Bluetooth
Touch Bluetooth On, unless already on
Touch Trusted Devices
Touch on the desired Bluetooth device
If prompted, enter the PIN, using the keypad (Default is “0000′ unless changed)
Touch Done
The handset will display “Connecting” followed by “Connected”
After a successful connection is made the handset returns to the Trusted Devices screen
Press the Home functions key to return to the Home menu screen
Try the steps yourself now.

will be expecting your comment.

Take care.

I am unable to connect to a bluetooth car kit with my samsung omni hd i8910 phone. Have spent hours reviewing settings on my handset and reviewing phone user guide. I have also checked handset is...

there's 2 things you need to do to get these 2 devices to communicate. One is to make the bluetooth kit "findable" (for lack of a better term). and also have your phone search for the searchable device.
I'm not sure what your phone car kit is.... but check the instructions on how to put it into search mode. (I know that with a bluetooth headset, you hold the on button in and the indicator will change to a different color indicating search mode.
once you figure this part of the equation out, then access the phone menu for blue tooth and search for bluetooth findable equipment and it should list your car kit on the phone screen.
After that it is just a matter of entering a typical 0000 id code if needed and it should be paired with your carkit.
hope this helps...

My bluetooth haeadset disconnect its self from my handset.

Well it could be one of two things. Either there is something wrong with your phone holding the connection to your bluetooth or there is something wrong with the bt device. Test this by pairing up the bluetooth earpiece with a different device. What kind of phone are you using to pair the device up with??

you need to set the bluetooth to on. then set to shown to all, it will automatically find the device, and if theres a pass key you need to enter the same key on both phones to connect.
