Did u try another charger of the same mobile company,if yes ,and it works ,the problem is with your charger.You can either buy a new charger or get an all battery charger ,a china piece that recharges all batteries of any mobile company.You can get it below 2$ .

first check ur charger is that ok? if not then change ur charger. but if ok then i think in ur mobile phone "K" diod may be damaged. for this it can not work. if u change that then u can charge ur mobile. and the other way is please check ur mobile battery.
