Unit won't turn on

I have a Fresh Air unit. I cleaned the unit and after I was finished it won't turn on at all. I did notice when I was 1st unplugging the unit the plug was kind of hard to pull out of the back of the unit.
I verified the fuse and power cord are okay. The activator clip is depressed.
What else can I check?? It's only about 2 years old.
