Question about Amana Kitchen Ranges
Amana ARR6300 or ARR6200 or ART6110 First Edition range. Problem: seemingly no power when plugged in but if you turn on a burner or the oven, it then lights the clock/timer. The burner will not heat up. As soon as you turn the burner off, the clock goes dark. The range was recently moved and a longer 6 ga wire was put in place to the junction box - all like for like. Any ideas?

I was turning the timer and clock knobs on my oven and now it won't work. I don't know what position they are supposed to be in ... any ideas?

The most common cause of this symptom is a defective ignitor. Oven
ignitors can glow and allow enough current through to open the oven gas
valve but just not produce enough heat to ignite the gas immediately
(see the link below).
In that case, replacing the oven ignitor is the usual solution.
