Keyboard replacement instructions for fujitsu siemens amilo pro v2010

The keyboard removal process is very similar to many other laptop brands.
1. Remove screws securing the keyboard.
2. Remove keyboard bezel.
3. Unplug keyboard cable from the connector on the motherboard.
A word of caution. Be very careful with the connector on the motherboard when you unlock it If you accidentally break the connector, you’ll have to replace the whole motherboard.

You can even try this site http://mycapsules.com/disassembly/fujitsu-s2110/keyboard
or this site

It is not your model but it will give you an idea.Just keep pressing "next"
Hope it helped.

My Fujitsu Siemans Amilo Li1718 has overheated

Hi. Yes it almost certainly has a power stage fault and will probably toast a new keyboard. Needs to be looked at by a tech I'd say.

Try making sure your 'num lock' is off and if that doesn't work, try holding fn while pressing the key.
