When i am typing @ cant instead @ the letter is " please help

The keyboard is set up wrongly or the laptop isn't one set up for your country.
If you get " when typing @ try typing SHIFT and 2 for the @ symbol.
You can change keyboard settings in Control Panel.

I dont understand how to create a password can u help me

1-Creating a password is simple...creating one that is memorable AND strong is not so simple. First, think of a word that describes you. Example: I'm funny. Word: funny

2-Next, think of something you like. This could be your favorite day of the week, a color, a time of year, a movie, a band...etc. Just make sure it's something you know how to spell. Example: Black or Friday
3-try a number, may be your date of birth, house number, Id no etc. Example- 1990

4-Finally, find a way to string them together with numbers and other letters. Example: funnyblack1990 or funnyblackfriday

5-You can make the password even stronger by adding uppercase and lowercase letters: Example : FunnYBlacK1990

Note:To mix it up one more time (and really confuse the infiltrators,) try using a letter that sounds like the way yours is spelled: Example: FunyBlck90
Hope this will help. Thank you for using fixya !!!

Uppercase

Your question is written with correct capitals ("What" instead of "what", "Do" instead of "do"), so I guess that you already know where the "uppercase" is: it's either the CAPS LOCK at the keyboard's far left (usually marked CAPS or with a lock icon), or the SHIFT key (usually marked with an upward arrow).

On the NSK8458AN keyboard, the CAPS LOCK is marked CAPS LOCK and is to the left of the A key,

Problem with touchpad. when i try to type i get the uppercase numbers instead of the letters.

Hello,
I believe you mean keyboad, because the touchpad is just the equivalent of a mouse.
Look for a key called CAPS LOCK. It may be pressed locking your keyboard to enter only caps. Usually this key has a LED that lights when key is in LOCK position.

Question: What are uppercase numbers?

Hope it helps.

Acer Aspire keyboard keys mixed up

Sounds like a region problem. Go to Control Panel and check that you have the correct country selected, i.e. United Kingdom and not United States as the default

Recipe confusion

sounds like it will just be mixed in better... but i'm more the eater and not the baker... i suspect you won't get the swirl look but as long as you added the correct amount it should be fine.
