Press 'call key', '*' and '3' silmultaneously, hold still and press 'power button'. If your lucky, a bar will run from the left to the right of the screen. When finished, turn the phone on and will revert to its original state, but all your data (pictures, messages, etc.) will be erased. If not, only a hardware/software solution from a service shop
will fix it.

How to enable Emoji (emoticons) or other language keyboard on iPhone iTouch or...

This will guide you on how you can add Emoji or other language keyboard on your iDevice without having to jailbreak it nor having to buy an app from the AppStore.

NOTE: You must have iOS version 4.0 or higher to make this possible. Older iOS may or may not have this feature (though I'm not sure of it).

Here are the simple steps:
  1. Go to Settings>General>Keyboard>International Keyboards>72f3141.pngNote: On General screen, you have to scroll down to see Keyboard (it's 3rd or 4th from the bottom)72f3141.png9971221.png d523a3b.png a1235f8.png 0590e95.png72f3141.png72f3141.png
  2. Tap Add New Keyboard...72f3141.png249c884.png72f3141.png72f3141.png
  3. Look for Emoji or the language that you want to add to the keyboard (e.g. Russian), then tap on it72f3141.png095654b.png72f3141.png72f3141.png
  4. You will see it add up to your Keyboards list which means it's ready to use72f3141.pngc0e62a5.png72f3141.png
That's how simple it is.

Hi. When your Blackberry starts to run low on memory, your call log and messages (as well as previous calendar entries) are automatically deleted. This is a BIG pain because you are not asked before they are gone. The way to ensure this does not happen is to delete any unnecessary items on your Blackberry. Here are some of the things you can safely delete to free up space:
1. Languages. Your Blackberry comes with the ability to use many languages. Delete any languages that you don't use.
2. Applications: Delete any applications that you don't use.
3. Media: Save any music, ringtones, video, pictures on a media card, not on the Blackberry.
4. Clear your browser history and cache every time you use the internet (While you are in your browser, click on the menu key, click on History, click on Menu to delete; Next, click on Options, Cache Memory, and clear each item).
5. After you have done the above, remove your battery and then put it back in to re-boot.

Just doing the above 5 things should make a big difference. One last thing you can do is make sure you have the latest software installed. Go to your service provider's web site or to and check to make sure you have the current version. If you don't, backup your Blackberry using Desktop Manager, then download the current software and install it only your Blackberry.

I hope that helps!

you'll have to look through your menu to find SETTINGS,  phone settings,  then LANGUAGE.   Hard to tell the exact menu path but rummage around. It's in there.
